How My Daughter Says "Otter"

So I was snuggling with Addison today while she was watching Baby Einstein's "Neighborhood Animals." An animal would come up on the screen and she would point to it and say it's name. I was feeling all puffed up with pride for my daughter's intelligence.

An otter came onto the screen, she pointed and yelled, "Otter Pop!"

Now, let's see....

Yep, practically the same thing.

P.S. Since when is an otter a neighborhood animal? I haven't seen any otters wandering along our street.

Haha, that's hilarious, Rebecca!!!

And, yeah, otters don't so much count as neighborhood animals... I'd go more with raccoons if we're talking more unique critters than your domestic pets. But otters? That's otter-ly ridiculous!

Good stuff! I'm glad I can rely on your blog for wholesome entertainment ... I concur with the previous statements .. I've never seen an otter anywhere but the zoo .. Check that: John says we have seen one outside the zoo, so maybe they are in some neighborhoods??

That's too funny! At least she could recognize that it was an otter! That's pretty good. Addison is definitely a smart little girl! I'm proud to call her my niece!! =)
