So yesterday Addison got into the drawer where I keep all my bras. She grabbed a bra and held it up to her chest, and said, "Mom! I have boobs." Oh dear. I knew I shouldn't have told her to stop poking my boobs the other day.
The things they pick up!! We've always been really big on teaching the correct words ... until we realized that we can't control what they say in public. Now we've decided we're waiting until they understand the "don't talk about this" concept. For now, Elijah has a bottom and a "pee-pee". :)

um...once it starts, it never stops. I have a few who are totally obsessed. It gets worse..just wait!
LOL. Maddy loves to giggle and laugh as she holds my bra's over her chest. funny.
As for the boobs thing, when she started asking about them, I called them dimples. It just sounded cuter than breasts, etc....
now, it's hilarious when she refers to her dimples, she meaning boobs and other thinking dimples in her smile...SO cute and funny!
oh and I LOVE the prayer story above...soooooo cute!
Oh dear! Kids are sponges. The boys I used to watch were taught to call them "buttons" - I thought that was a cute codeword.
